On Wednesdays & Thursdays we are based at Lingen Village Hall & Resource Centre. The ‘wellbeing room’ is the room on the right inside the lobby. Free parking is available.

Ludlow Spiro Clinic:
Clinic Days:
On Mondays we are at The Spiro Clinic in Ludlow. This is situated along Lower Galdeford Road – behind the Elim Church on Smithfield Car Park and next to JD Automative. Please park in Smithfield Car Park (£0.40p a hour). If you have a disabled badge you may park at the front of the clinic.
